Winnings from bonuses must meet the specified wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made. Withdrawal requests will be declined until wagering is completed.

5 Bonus Terms

The following rules must be followed when claiming and using bonuses on Aviator Demo:

  • Each bonus has its own wagering requirements — please review them before claiming.

  • Bonuses not used before their expiry date will be automatically cancelled.

10 Dispute Resolution

For any disputes or complaints, please contact our support team first. We aim to resolve all issues within 72 hours.

  • Submit a written complaint to our support team and attach any relevant screenshots or evidence.
  • In disputes regarding game outcomes, server logs will be considered the final and definitive evidence.
  • If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, you may proceed to arbitration.
  • In the event of a dispute, aviator demo's system records will be considered final.
